Procedure of Running an Ad
広告掲載までの流れ
１) 発行日、サイズ、発行回数をお知らせください。掲載日の２週間前まで受注しております。また、２回からの掲載を承っています。
２) 契約書を取り交わします。
３) 御社でデザインデータ（イラストレーター）をお持ちであれば、メールにてアウトラインありとなしのものをご送付ください。データがない場合は、当社で作成いたします。作成・翻訳料は広告料に含まれています。メールかファックスにて、広告デザインをつめていきます。発行１週間前までに デザインを決定します。
４) 発行されたインサイダーを請求書と一緒に月末に送付します。次月１週目までにお支払いください。
５) 6回以上ご契約の場合は、契約は自動更新とさせていただきます。
1. Tell us when and how many times you would like to run your ad. Please run at least two ads. Specify a size. Please give us at least two weeks before publication.
2. Exchange contracts.
3. If you have an Illustrator or Photoshop data, please send it to us. For Illustrator files, please send us outlined and un-outlined data. If you don't have data, we can make it for you. Ad-creating fees are included in the prices above. Send us feedbacks and decide a design of ad by a week before publication.
4. We will send you hardcopies of the Insider together with invoice at the end of the month. Please make payments by the end of the first week of the next month.
5. For over 6ads contract, it will automatically renewed without your advanced written notice.
