Halloween pumpkin gratin

Halloween is just around the corner. Are you ready to trick or treat? Did you get a very unique costume? We can't wait for all the Halloween costume parties! Coming with Halloween, we would like to introduce "Halloween pumpkin gratin". The leftover pumpkin can help you decorate for your room and the recipe is yummy!

Ingredients
A whole of pumpkin (recommend about 5-7 inch diameter)
1/2 onion
2 slices of bacons
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of flour
1/3 cup of milk
Salt, pepper
Cheese

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Slice onion and cut bacon into a bite size pieces.
3.Wash the pumpkin. Wrap the pumpkin with wet paper towel and then wrap it with plastic wrap.
4.Place wrapped pumpkin in the microwave for 4 minutes in 700W.
5.Grab a gratin dish. Cut across the pumpkin into 1/4 from the top of pumpkin for lid.
6.Scoop the insides of the pumpkin into the gratin dish.
7.Heat a pan and put butter into the pan. Add onion and bacon into the pan and fry them.
8.When the onion gets soft, put flour into the pan and stir.
9.Pour milk into the pan, stirring well and put salt and pepper.
10.And last add pumpkin you scooped before into the pan and mix them well.
11.After the pumpkin mixture is cooked for 5 minutes place into the gratin dish.
12.Put some cheese on the top of the pumpkin mixture.
13.Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese gets golden brown in color.
Looks good! You are all set for Halloween! Now you can carve the pumpkin! Enjoy!
