It is the middle of December and there are only two weeks left this year. We have a special dish of fish to try this winter. Winter yellowtails have plenty of fat and are a well-known high-quality fish. I would like to introduce yellowtail steak today and a way to make them turn out delicious.

Ingredients (for four servings):
・4 fillets of yellowtails
・1/2 teaspoon of salt
・3 tbsp of flour
・1 tbsp oil
・1 tbsp butter
・8 pieces of beefsteak plant
・Sauce (1/3 cup of red wine, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of sugar)
・Pepper to taste

Directions:
1.Cut beefsteak plant into thinly cut strips.
2.Sprinkle salt on yellowtails fillet and let them stand for 10 minutes.
3.Dry yellowtails off and coat them with the flour.
4.Heat the pan and place the butter into the pan.
5.Turn the pan onto medium heat and cook the yellowtail for 1 minute. Turn the heat down to low and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Turn over the fillet and fry the same way.
6. Put the sauce ingredients together and pour them into the pan with yellowtails.
7.Sprinkle pepper on yellowtail.
8.Place yellowtail on desired plate and put beefsteak plant on the top of yellowtails.

Enjoy!
