Sand Borer(Kisu) Herbal Cheese Fries

Sand borers and cheese have a lot of calcium and strengthen your bones and teeth. The following dish provides you with a good amount of proteins and gives you energy. By adding herbs, your immune strength will be more enhanced. Eating fruits together makes good vitamin C.
Ingredients (2 servings):
4 Sand borers
A. Your choice of herbs-one tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese powder- two tablespoons
Bread Crumbs- three tablespoons
B. Butter- one tablespoon
Salad Oil- one tablespoon
1. Slice sand borers and open the fish body in order to make two pieces and remove the bones.
2. Dip them into the beaten egg and put A on both sides.
3. Heat frying pan with B, and lay the fish skin side down. Fry both sides until golden brown.
4. Add salad or your choice of fruit on the side.
You can enjoy this meal with lemon juice and/or tartar sauce.
