White Chocolate Roll

St. Valentine's Day is coming on Feb. 14th. In Japan, a woman gives chocolate to man that she likes. Nowadays, you can give something sweet not only to man but also to your family, friends, co-workers, or anyone you like. Today, I introduce the White Chocolate Roll. It is easy to make and I'm sure everyone will like it.
Why don't you make it and eat with all your loved ones?

Ingredients
For 1.2 in x 1.2 in pan

SONGE CAKE
- 3 eggs
- 3/5 cup white sugar
- A (1 1/2 tsp Potato starch, 1 1/2 tsp flour and 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder )

WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM
- 1 1/5 cups whipping cream
- 24oz white chocolate

Directions
SPONGE CAKE
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)
Ray out a baking paper on the pan
Chop the white chocolate.

2. Remove the egg yolk from the egg white.
Add 1/2 sugar into white egg and whip it up to make a meringue.

3. Add left of sugar into the yolk and beat it.
Add meringue and A mix softly.

4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM
1. Pour 1/2 cup whipping cream in a pot. Keep the whipping cream warm until boiled.
Add chopped white chocolate and stir it.

2. Remove the pot from the stove. Add left of whipping cream after cooling down and whip it up.

3. Take the sponge off from the baking paper. Put the whipping cream on the sponge and roll it up.
