The following recipe is one that is as popular with those living the dorm life as it is with the standard-dwelling citizens of the world. It is simple, takes hardly any time, and can be adapted to fit your tastes. Here's the specifics:
Ingredients:
1 packet of ramen noodles
2 T peanut butter
2 T water
1 T soy sauce
1 T lemon juice
Sprinkle of pepper flakes to taste
2 baby carrots, diced
1/8 cup cucumber, diced
1/8 cup onion, diced
1/8 cup red pepper, diced
Directions:
Sauce prep:
1. Place the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, lemon
juice, pepper flakes, carrots, cucumber, onion, and
red pepper into a bowl and stir well.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds.
Ramen:
1. Cook the ramen noodles as you normally would
when prepping a bowl of ramen.
2. Strain the noodles completely once cooked.
3. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and mix in the sauce.
